Alright, so here’s the deal with Reality TV.
We know it’s stupid. We know it’s rigged. We know the people
who are in it are not role models. We know that it’s complete crap that will
screw up your life if you are involved.
Yet we watch it…
Why? It’s entertaining. I am not ashamed to admit that on
multiple occasions, I have watched such shows…
hardly ever by myself of course. They’re significantly more entertaining
when you watch them with a friend. The scenarios are just so ridiculous that it’s
like stepping into an entirely different world.
Yet, if you look carefully, there are subtle similarities to
your everyday life here and there.
Now, isn’t that frightening?
